The McCarran rental car center in Las Vegas is a large rental car location which is close to the airport. A wide variety of rental car service vendors offer their vehicles here and have a special design car garage for their vehicles. They can offer you great deals as well as a wide selection of vehicles to choose from. Some of the vehicle rental services include vehicles such as limousines and exotic cars. These special options are some of the great options available to choose from when you decide to make your rental reservations at the McCarran rental car center.

One of the best ways to save money with these special rental car services is to book your rental reservations online. You can make a choice of your rental car online and find great deals available to you as well. You do need to know that the rental cars available at the Las Vegas rental car center are very nice and convenient and that is why they have a higher taxable rate attached to them. Of course these taxes go towards the constant repairs and maintenance of the vehicles which are used constantly once they are made available for rent.

The best selection of vehicles online makes it possible for overcrowding to be eliminated in the rental car center. The various different rental car kiosks which are now available in the rental car center make it possible for those who have their reservations ready to make their way to the front desk, pick up their keys and drive off to their wonderful stay in Las Vegas. Several people enjoy being able to pick up their vehicle without any snags after they get to the airport. The Las Vegas rental car center is not very far from the airport.

Which Car Rental Company Will Rent to a Driver Without Good Credit but with Cash?

Filed under: Las Vegas Rental Car - 29 Mar 2010  | Spread the word !

[Facebook] [Twitter]

Many people, for various reasons, refuse to use and, in many cases, even own a credit card. This can prove to be very good for their credit and their financial situation while at the same time can be very bad if they need to rent a car or place a large amount of money on an item to either secure the item or as a deposit for the item. In many cases, rental companies will simply refuse to rent to someone who doesn’t have a credit card (or debit card) as there is too much liability involved in the rental process. Thankfully, a few companies have seen this and have decided that, despite the risks, they will offer those people who don’t have a credit card the chance to rent a car.

These companies will generally require a large deposit to cover the costs of any damages that may be sustained to the vehicle while it’s in your possession. A few even go as far as having you pay the deposit, the costs for the terms in the rental agreement and various other fees up front before you drive off the lot; this effectively means that you’ve prepaid for the use of the car.

However, aside from the monetary setbacks that you are likely to encounter in the event you have to pay cash for a rental car, there is another factor to look at. Because of the fact that this is not a common practice, not every airport will have a company that offers this service. In fact, very few do. Nevertheless, with a little careful planning you will be able to secure a vehicle from a company that suits your needs.

“Name Your Own Price” Airline Tickets and Car Rental

Filed under: Las Vegas Rental Car - 18 Mar 2010  | Spread the word !

[Facebook] [Twitter]

What could be more fun than a Las Vegas vacation? How about a low cost Las Vegas vacation? By doing a little research and naming your own price, you can save a significant amount of money on airfare and car rentals.

Of course, the granddaddy of the name-your-own-price websites is Priceline.com. Navigation is simple. You go to the site and enter your destination, the days you will be traveling, and how much you want to pay for your car rental and airfare. (Priceline also handles hotel fares.) Priceline compares your bid against what is currently available. If it finds a match, your bid is accepted.

Priceline can provide airline tickets and rental cars at astonishingly low prices, but it does have a few drawbacks. Priceline is known as an opaque seller

Urban Outfitters Las Vegas

Filed under: Las Vegas Rental Car - 26 Feb 2010  | Spread the word !

I’ve never been one to endorse a particular clothing store because quite frankly, there are so many of them out there these days that you should be able to make your own decisions when it comes to clothes. However, while I was in Las Vegas a few months ago playing a show with my band on our way across the country, we had some free time in the evening before we headed over to the club to set up. As you can imagine, touring around the country yields a lot of unwanted dirt and grime on your clothes. I had only packed about a week’s worth of clean clothing for the three month stint, so by this point, although I’d been washing my things every few days, my clothes were tattered and torn to an unnacceptable point. In our few hours off, I headed over to the Urban Outfitters, which came recommended by the hotel staff, to check out what they had.

Now, I’ve been to quite a few clothing stores in my time, as all of us have, but never have I seen anything like the Urban Outfitters in Las Vegas. In a multi story complex, Urban Outfitters easily has a few thousand feet of store space at its disposal for clothing racks. On top of that, I was able to find plenty of other quirky gifts and gadgets for my friends back home. The prices were a little high compared to the likes of Walmart, but considering the fact that I had to have these new clothes last me another few weeks, I didn’t want something falling apart a few days into wearing it. Oh, and how did the show go? It went really well after I’d found the right new outfit to accompany me.

3 Reasons You Should Rent a Car When Visiting Las Vegas

Filed under: Las Vegas Rental Car - 15 Jan 2010  | Spread the word !

[Facebook] [Twitter]

Because of the close proximity of most of the casinos and clubs in Las Vegas, many vacationers opt out of a car rental and depend solely on busses and taxi services. While this may be ideal for some, it can make it really hard to see the whole city, and anyone who is planning on visiting Vegas should really consider renting a car. Here are some reasons you should consider renting a car on your trip to Las Vegas:

1) Las Vegas is not just the strip. The city is quite large, and it would be impossible to see the entire city in a week using only public transportation. Each part of Las Vegas offers something different, and it would be a shame to cut out any part of such a great city because you couldn’t find a reasonable way to get across town.

2) Sight Seeing. Enjoying all of the sites and attractions that Vegas has to offer can become a bit of a task on foot. Having your own car will allow you to take in the city as a whole, as opposed to bits and pieces you would see as you walk the strip.

3) It can actually end up being cheaper for you. While most Vegas visitors will make use of the robust bus system the city has made available, a good portion of visitors opt to pay for taxi’s in order to get back to their hotel. Taxi’s can be expensive, and renting a cheaper car may actually save you money in the long run.

Casinos are packed into every square inch of Las Vegas. There are such a lot of casinos that in reality visitors to Las Vegas won’t even get to see each of them, let alone stay in them. Bellagio is one of the first-class hotel casinos that you shouldn’t miss when going to Las Vegas. Controlled by the MGM Mirage, Bellagio features 3982 rooms and apartments. It also boasts great dining venues like the Picasso, Prime Steakhouse, Le Cirque, Sensi, Osteria del Circo and MICHAEL MINA and has 6 outdoor pools and a spa. You can easily get to the Bellagio by taking one of the cheap international flights.

Buffalo Bill’s, which is found in the Primm Valley, is half an hour away from the Interstate. The hotel casino also has a massive entertainment location called the Star of the Desert Arena, that has 6000 seats.

Circus Circus lies in South Las Vegas. It has 3770 rooms, some of which have video check-out counters. Part of the attraction in Circus Circus is the AdventureDome indoor theme park and the circus shows in the Giant Top.

Another enormous casino is the Excalibur hotel which is also snuggled in the South. Another project of the Mandalay Resort Group, Excalibur has 4008 rooms. Due to its King Arthur time theme, cafes in Excalibur are named after places and folk in King Arthur’s court like the The Steakhouse at Camelot, The Camelot, Sir Galahad’s Prime Rib House, and the Round Table Smorgasboard . There are frequent dinner shows and comedy acts in their comedy bars.

The Luxor is named after a place in Egypt, which is a visitor destination. In reality, it can be seen when you are riding the shuttle. It has 4408 rooms, which are split into the Pyramid and in towers. Among the restaurants that you need to try when visiting there are the Holy Sea Room, Papyrus, Nile Deli, Hamada’s, and naturally the Isis.

Sights to See in Las Vegas

Filed under: Las Vegas Rental Car - 30 Nov 2009  | Spread the word !

[Facebook] [Twitter]

There are all kinds of fun things to do and see while you are vacationing in Las Vegas. From exceptional shopping to exciting casinos to fantastic live shows there really is something for everyone that is on vacation in Las Vegas. So where should you start?

If you want a truly unique shopping experience then be sure to check out the Miracle Mile shopping center. While you roam the halls of the shopping center you will get to see a computerized thunderstorm. When this indoor storm starts the rain will begin pouring over an African Seaport. It really is a sight to see as you watch the rain come down and the lightning snap and crack.

The Sunset Stampede and Sam’s Town Hotel and Casino is another fun site to see. This animatronic laser and light show has a western pioneer kind of flair. This show takes place in an indoor forest that has a ten foot tall glass ceiling. The fountains and lights work in tandem with the music being played from well over 100 hidden speakers.

While in Las Vegas you should check out the Freemont Street Experience. You will be in awe of the 90 foot high electronic canopy. This is where you can view wonderful sight and sound shows. This event was created in order to draw tourists into the downtown area of Las Vegas.

There are so many more sights to see so get your rental car and get going!
