In addition to the casinos and vibrant nightlife that Las Vegas offers, one of my favorite things about this city is all of the amazing restaurants. Regardless of what kind of food you are craving, not only can you find at least one restaurant that serves that kind of food, but you can find at least one restaurant that serves that kind of food amazingly well.

While there are books written on all of the different restaurants available in Las Vegas, I thought it would be useful to provide you with a quick list of some of the top places to get sushi in Las Vegas:

If you want to try the most popular roll available at Sushi Fever, make sure you have at least on of Joe’s special rolls. Because they have such a wide variety of sushi rolls, this place is perfect for everyone from sushi newcomers to seasoned sushi enthusiasts.

Ichiza: If you are looking for a restaurant that will provide you with an authentic Japanese dining experience, this is the place for you to go. Not only is this the most authentic Japanese dining experience you will find inLas Vegas, but the service is also top notch.

Nobu: While Nobu is by no means inexpensive, if you are looking for a sushi restaurant with a trendy atmosphere and sushi (as well as Kobe beef) that is very good, you can have a really enjoyable time atNobu.
